We are able to maintain, service and subsequently certify any fire alarm system regardless of who installed it.  Fire alarm maintenance agreements typically start from £95 + vat per annum.

Fire Alarms

From domestic fire alarms to large analogue addressable systems in commercial and public sector properties we have the experience and knowledge to offer a full design, installation, and maintenance package.

  • HMO Specialists within the Dorset and Hampshire areas. Wire-free solutions for applications when cabling is difficult or inappropriate. We have experience of ‘listed’ buildings, guesthouses, hotels, large commercial premises and temporary installations.
  • The option of 24hr monitoring with a permanent link to a 24hr manned central station.

Fire Extinguishers

Businesses are obligated to provide Fire Extinguishers and to have them maintained. They should be serviced at least annually to British Standard 5306 Part 3 2009. New Fire Extinguishers also require a Commissioning Service before use.

Christchurch fire & security do not tie you into a contract but will contact you in the month they are due to book in a mutually convenient day to carry out the service. We also offer rental agreements which can be a great solution for some companies.

Our engineers are fully qualified, efficient and friendly. They will always be happy to help. They will do their best to make the service as least disruptive as possible so you can carry on as normal. Our Engineers are also able to advise on Selection and Positioning of Fire Extinguishers to comply with BS5306 Part 8 2012.

Emergency Lighting

We are able to able to install, maintain, service and subsequently certify any emergency lighting system regardless of who installed it.  Emergency lighting maintenance agreements typically start from £95 + vat per annum.
